Held at SGA Head Office, Las Piñas | October 20, 2025
To continue nurturing excellence and teamwork within the organization, Solar Grid Alternatives, Inc. (SGA) held its 3rd Quarter Pep Talk last October 20, 2025, at the SGA Head Office in Las Piñas City. The event focused on two essential values that drive both individual and company success — Coordination and Accountability — culminating in the theme “Coordination + Accountability = Result.”
The session featured three inspiring speakers who shared insights and real-life experiences from their roles in SGA, promoting a culture of collaboration, ownership, and performance.

Topic: Coordination
Speaker: May Cabajes, Accounting Supervisor
Ms. May Cabajes opened the session with a talk on the importance of Coordination in achieving team efficiency and harmony. She emphasized that effective communication, clear task delegation, and mutual respect are key to building a workplace where everyone moves toward the same goal. She shared how coordination within departments, especially between operations and accounting, ensures that every project runs smoothly — from documentation to completion.

Topic: Accountability
Speaker: John Albert Farillon, Net Metering Officer
Mr. John Albert Farillon discussed Accountability as a vital quality that reflects professionalism and integrity. He reminded everyone that being accountable means owning one’s tasks and decisions, learning from mistakes, and striving for continuous improvement. His message encouraged employees to take pride in their responsibilities, as accountability builds trust within the organization and among clients.

Topic: Coordination + Accountability = Result
Speaker: Renz Belicano, Net Metering Officer
Closing the session, Mr. Renz Belicano tied both themes together in his talk, “Coordination + Accountability = Result.” He shared how these two values go hand in hand in producing exceptional outcomes. By combining teamwork with personal responsibility, employees can deliver efficient, high-quality results that reflect SGA’s core values of excellence and reliability. His talk served as a reminder that success is not achieved by individual effort alone but through the collective discipline and commitment of every SGA team member.

Closing Message
The event concluded with a message from SGA Management, commending everyone for their continued hard work and dedication:
“Our success as a company is built on how well we work together and how responsible we are in our individual roles. Coordination and accountability are not just work habits — they are values that define who we are at SGA. Let’s continue to grow, support one another, and deliver results that make us all proud.”
The 3rd Quarter Pep Talk served as an inspiring reminder that SGA’s strength lies in its people — individuals who value collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. As SGA continues to lead the solar industry with quality service and dedication, these values will remain at the heart of every success story.
